Who we are

PitiWidget provides an embeddable mortgage calculator that brokers add to their websites. This policy covers data we handle for our broker customers and for homebuyers who use the calculator.

What we collect

Broker accounts

Email, authentication details, widget configuration, registered domains, and billing information (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers).

Leads (as a processor)

When a homebuyer submits the calculator's lead form, we store the name, email, optional phone, consent flag, and a snapshot of their calculator inputs, on behalf of the broker (the controller). The broker decides how those leads are used.

The widget itself

The calculator is cookie-free and does no cross-site tracking. It stores preferences in the visitor's browser (localStorage) only. We record aggregate usage counts (loads, calculations) with no personal data.

How we use data

To operate the service, deliver leads to brokers, process subscriptions, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Homebuyers may request deletion of their lead data by emailing privacy@pitiwidget.com; we act as the processor and will coordinate with the relevant broker. Brokers may export or delete their data from the dashboard.
